You do. The skills, configurations, and prompts live in your account. If we ever part ways, your agents keep running and your team keeps working.

What happens if the approach doesn't work for us?

We scope outcomes up front for every agent and adjust until each one is doing its job. If the Blueprint phase doesn't leave your firm with a clear path forward, we refund it. We'd rather walk away than push a bad fit.

How do you handle our data?

Agents run inside infrastructure you control. Our LLM partners operate under zero data retention, so nothing is stored after processing. No client data is used to train models. SOC 2 and HIPAA controls apply to every engagement, and we'll sign a BAA where appropriate. More detail on the safety page.

How does this relate to the Dodonai app?

The Dodonai app is a great starting point for firms who want document AI right away, things like deposition summaries, medical chronologies, and extract-and-draft agents. AI Services is for teams who want custom workflows that go beyond a single tool. Many firms use both, and we often use the app as a foundation inside a services engagement.

Do we need a Claude Pro or Max subscription?

For most managed engagements, yes. You pay Anthropic directly for the Claude subscription (typically $20 to $100 per seat each month), and we build and run the agents that use it. We're AI-model agnostic though, so if your firm standardizes on a different provider we can work with that too.

Yes. Most firms start with a Blueprint, pick 1 or 2 agents for a first Build cycle, and scale from there. You can stop at any stage, and you keep everything we've built for you.
